I had done a “favorite finds” post on Friday, Feb. 27 and I was amazed at the response I received. I keep finding great stuff and I love sharing so I thought I’d do another one. Click on the links below the pictures to bring you to their specific sites and get more info. Hope you enjoy these – it’s always fun to find cool stuff!
It is March Madness time and all five of us have entered our brackets {the boys have done several!}. I completely guessed my way through mine but the competitive side in me would love it if my daughter and I beat the boys! I thought these watches from Charmin Charlie’s were so cute and clever. And only $20. I love the colors and they’re something us girls can flaunt while we have to sit thorough all those games! My only question is, “Where’s UConn???” Click here to check out the full selection.
Slouchy pants – right up my alley! Since I wear yoga pants or sweats most days, this trend is a cute/funky take on those. Or are they too MC Hammer??? They look good on the {very} tall and {very} skinny models. And I do like their versatility! Click the following links for each slouchy pant version: Athleta and Nordstrom.
Yummy – cookies in the morning! Sounds like a great recipe to make for weekend company. It’s from one of my favorite cooking blogs – Iowa Girl Eats – she does lots of great meals, snacks and desserts. Check out this recipe and more great stuff here.
I just ordered this cake banner for my daughter’s birthday {in May!}. It’s adorable, well made, and the packaging was even creative – cost was $24. But the graphic designer in me wants to make my own – so don’t be surprised if you see something similar in a future post! If you can’t wait until then, check these out on Etsy.
Another product from Etsy – these are so sweet and would work for all ages. I love the lower case letters and the patterns. Only $17. Check them out here.
I’m seeing sunburst mirrors everywhere. Here are a few of my favorites. We’re looking for one for my sister’s home office. I think the starburst style works well in any room. They add a nice, soft touch to any decor with their rounded edges but are also bold enough to make a statement. Here are the different links for each: Pier 1, One Kings Lane, Target-large, Target-smaller set of 3.
ok. So I’m officially an Etsy addict. These floral initials are also from that amazing site but unfortunately, the vendor is on a vacation so orders are not being taken. But I just thought they were beautiful and would look great in a girls room, an entry way, a sun room, or could be used as decoration for a wedding, graduation or birthday party. I smell another diy post coming up!
And since Spring has sprung, this adorable print would make the perfect addition to your walls. It’s done by Emily from Jones Design Company and it’s free! Click here to go to her site, sign up to receive her freebies, download the pdf file and print!
Hope you enjoyed my favorite finds from this past week. And let me know which ones were your favorites! Enjoy your Friday and happy spring!

Thanks, Nicole! I’m having so much fun. Just started stenciling a wall for my sister’s home office and it looks so cool. Now I want to stencil everything! I’ll have a post on it soon.
